We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Brookside Inn in Milpitas. The breakfasts were marvelous, with a variety of hot dishes and espresso. The staff was very kind and helpful. We didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely return.

The location met expectation, it was exceptionally nice to Levi's Stadium. In Denny's you could have Asian meals. The room itself was new-fashioned and recently refurbished and had pleasant views of the mountains.

The room was immaculately clean with lovely mountain views, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom, situated conveniently close to Sunnyvale along with nearby shops and restaurants.

The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and you have a pleasant view of the mountains. This place is in a great location near the east bay, San Jose, shops, and restaurants.

the lobby and gymnasium are not fitted out for renovation so you can't enjoy the area.

Convenient location in the valley 🌄 The nearby Pho Nguyen restaurant served delicious Asian cuisine, making dining easy. The room was recently renovated and had a sleek, modern design with a comfy king size bed for a great night's sleep.

Renovated ground floor rooms, clean and comfortable. Great amenities like HBO and Cinemax on the TV, free happy hour with wine and beer, and a delicious buffet breakfast. Good value for the price. Ideal location for Stanford Cancer Center visits.

The noise from people walking around and talking near the lobby can be a bit disruptive when staying near that area.

The ongoing renovation work and the out-of-service elevator can be inconvenient for guests.

We absolutely loved the staff at Best Western Plus Brookside Inn. They were friendly and attentive to our needs. The views from the hotel were breathtaking. Our room had a balcony, which was a lovely addition. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. In addition, the hotel had high speed internet access, which was convenient for our needs. We also highly recommend visiting New King Eggroll, where we enjoyed excellent meals.
