Wonderful stay with clean rooms!

We enjoyed the hotel's spacious amenities, perfect for our family getaway. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options and friendly staff making it a great start to our day. Visiting nearby attractions like California's Great America made our trip unforgettable.

In my wife’s opinion, the laundry facilities could use an upgrade. My kids wished for a poolside area where they could hang out and relax after long days of sightseeing. On a crowded day, it was tough to find a quiet spot for the family.

All fine, but rude staff

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super clean, and that was a big plus. Floor, beds, and bathroom were all tidy. The pillows were comfy too, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I did have some ants in the bathroom, which was kinda gross. Also, it felt a bit dated overall, but for a family stay, it worked out okay.

Complimentary happy hour includes snacks and drinks, a great perk for guests. Overhead noise from adjacent rooms can be distracting.

Clean floors and well-made beds set a positive tone, complemented by a delightful breakfast where the staff offered a warm welcome. The presence of Uonuma-grown rice was particularly enjoyable. However, the experience soured when a rude staff member took over at the front desk, exhibiting clear disdain for his role. It was a relief when the original team returned. Despite the hiccups, the overall cleanliness and friendly core staff made for a decent stay.
